Because Vanillin is such a potent anti-aging food, if taken as an extract, too much can be unfavorable, so the best way to obtain it is from foods, such as Olives, Cloves and Dark Chocolate.

One of the most interesting aspects is that the water soluble vitamins are best for the brain. It is a fact that excessive vitamin E can cause stroke and bleeding of the brain.

Choline is one of the most important brain foods. The reason I believe Alzheimers is such a problem is because Choline is a water soluble vitamin easily flushed from the body, especially during the warmer months, so this is a key essential nutrient to have. I take a raw egg yolk once every 2 days, especially during summer when I will take one for 2 to 3 days in a row, stop taking it for 3 days, and then repeat. The above minerals happen to create inflammation in the body if taken in excess. So mollusks should never be taken during strong condition red periods, especially when they occur during perigee full moon periods.

Out of all the foods highest in anti-aging nutrients Mollusks just happen to be high in Protein Selenium, Iron, Zinc, B12 and Choline. Research has shown that excessive intake of Vitamin A, Selenium, Iron, Zinc, B12 and Choline, especially Selenium, can cause inflammation, allergies and other problems.

What are Essential Nutrients?


Essential nutrients are minerals and vitamins that cannot be made by the body, so they must be replenished by outside sources. One example is calcium, which until yoir mid-thirties, your body stops storing calcium, so it must be replenished by dairy and other high calcium foods.


The 9 essential amino acids must also be replenished by outside sources. Here are a few examples -


Pumpkin Pie and Flax Seeds (which I have in moderation because it is a highly processed food with white flour). The Essential Fatty Acids in the Flax Seeds boost the Vitamin A absorption in the Pumpkin Pie. Pumpkin Pie can contain as much as 40% Vitamin A. Pumpkin Pie is also very easy to digest. Pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin pie puree can be bought from the supermarket. It is so concentrated, it can contain up to 400% RDA at just under a serving of 1 cup. Because it is a processed food, I use it sparingly, just like I will eat a pumpkin pie sparingly.

The majority of my diet is raw, fresh food, but every now and then, when my immune system feels up to full strength, I will have a pumpkin pie or some chocolate. Raisins and Almonds. The boron in the raisins boosts the calcium absorption from the almonds. Egg White and brewer’s yeast and or yeast extract. The B vitamins in the yeast boost the absorption of Choline. Grapefruit and 1 Vitamin C Capsule (absorbic acid). The bioflavonoids in the grapefruit boost the vitamin C absorption.

Flax Seeds and Cod Liver Oil. The Essential Fatty Acids in the Flax Seeds boost the absorption of the Vitamin D and Vitamin A in the Cod Liver Oil. Light canned tuna and Organic Plain Yogurt sweetened with honey (Tuna or Cod is the food highest in B12 and Lysine and maximizes nutrient absorption. You can also add flax seeds or quinoa to the yogurt for extra amino acids.

Pumpkin Pie and/or sweet potatoes and/or cottage cheese and Mollusks - The high Selenium content in the cottage cheese/Mollusks is boosted by the high vitamin A content in the sweet potato/pumpkin pie.

Plain Organic Yogurt, Shiitake Mushrooms with Spinach and or yeast extract. This combination helps the body absorb the nutrients in the shiitake mushroom.

Shiitake Mushrom is high in Pantothenic acid, which has been used to treat Adrenal Fatigue

The herbs Jiaogulan or ginseng combined with ashwagandha (with optional herbs Licorice and/or Rhodiola)also make a great fatigue reliever. This combination will help you get up easier in the morning and is best taken during the mid summer months from June to August. I believe that these herbal combinations also make some of the most simplest and most powerful anti-aging combinations available and should not be overused, but take at least a one week break if you use for more than 3 weeks in a row.

Tofu and pinto beans with 1 Vitamin C Tablet (ascorbic acid). This combination is high in the 9 essential amino acids. Organic Plain Yogurt mixed with Flax Seeds and or Quinoa sweetened with Honey and Raw Parsley. The Essential Fatty acids in the flax seeds and quinoa and the lysine in the parsley help increase the absorption of the calcium.

Brown Rice, Chickpeas or Grapefruit (Inositol) Raw Egg Yolk (Choline) - The Choline in the Raw Yellow Egg Yolk is better absorbed by the body by the high Inositol level in the Brown Rice, Chickpeas or Grapefruit.


Yeast Extract (Niacin and B Vitamins) and Tofu (Amino Acids) and Fat Free Refried Pinto Beans (Amino Acids) with 1 Vitamin C Capsule (absorbic acid) - The B Vitamins boost the metabolism of amino acids.

Brewers yeast (Biotin) and Shittake Mushroom or Avocado (Pantothenic
Acid). The Biotin boosts the Pantothenic Acid absorption in the Shitake Mushroom or Avocado.

Cottage cheese and Light canned Tuna - This combination is high in Selinium and Amino Acids.

Egg whites and Light canned Tuna or Salmon. This combination is high in Lysine and Folic Acid

Some anti-aging mushrooms also have cancer fighting abilities. MGN-3 is an arabinoxylan from rice bran made using enzymes from mycelia of shiitake, kawaratake and suehirotake mushrooms.

The Anti-Aging foods Ginger and Feverfew used together have been shown to help prevent migraine.

The most potent manufactured anti-aging supplements include: Eldepryl and DHEA

Synergists of DHEA - DHEA is often combined with Tribulus terrestris and androstenedione to potentially induce "steroid-like" effects and increase levels of testosterone. This, like the Vanilla extract should be consumed in small amounts.

So in conclusion, one of the most powerful weapons against the aging process besides the proper type of physical exercise is making sure the body is adequately supplied with the right amount and type of Essential Nutrients. We are starting to find large amounts of conclusive evidence of this by examining the diets of those people who lived and are currently living beyond 100 years of age.
