IMPORTANT -

Please credit all hypothesis and discoveries put forward in this article to Mr. Scott Rauvers.  I am sick and tired of my discoveries showing up in published papers and not receiving any recognition or credit for it.  If you wish to cite my hypothesis or discovery, you may cite my book Solar Flares and their Effects upon Human Behaviour and Health or this article for references and citations.  In the near future a newly revised solar healing book containing much of the fundamentals and protols outlined in this article will become available and that may also be used as a reference. Thank you.

Before I begin, I want to make it clear that I have used these techniques and technologies to never get sick, never been vaccinated and to remove some of the most stubborn illness from my life. If you were to check my medical records you will see that I have never been to a doctor since 2008 and that I have never been treated for COVID-19.  This technology I am about to share with you is based on 15+ years of my research and I have now got it down to an exact science. It simply involves the circulation of energy and methods that get this energy circulating again. Excess and sudden increases in solar activity act as stressors upon the body, aggravating already existing medical conditions and affecting the elderly the most; which I shall show in this article. For those of you familiar with my work you can read from the start of this article.  If you are new and want a background of this technology and method, please scroll down and start reading at the paragraph titled: Technology Overview.

Over the last 15 years after practicing the Emerald Tablets Exercise, I had always noticed that there was always an above average amount of stress in the environment, which would affect the exercise.  So after some more in-depth research I discovered a method to offset this stress and divide the exercise into 2 zones.  These 2 zones are divided into the 2 phases of solar activity.

These can be divided into the 2 zones. Emotion (conscious mind) and Feeling (access to the subconscious mind).

Zone 1 -
A time stress in the body turns toxic
A time to reset emotions

ZONE 1 –
Mindfulness  Practices for Coping with Stress
Healing does not have to be complicated, only the mere fundamentals need be adhered to. When you know the fundamental concepts, healing is just a natural progression because on an innate level, your body already knows how to heal itself, it is just waiting for the right commands.   Our ego likes to dismiss these fundamentals and if we allow it to go to far, illness results because it is violating the prime directive of life which the fundamental concepts are based upon. You can have the best medical doctors and the best medicine, but if you don't have the basic emotional fundamentals you will still get sick or not be able to be cured by medical doctors.

There is so much energy taking place when the sunspot level is at above average levels.  What if we could use that energy to create healing effects.  One could use all that energy and transmute it through a shift in consciousness to possibly facilitate rapid healing by releasing trapped negative emotions, which in turn would reduce stress and create a more balanced immune system.
Over the years I have researched hundreds of cases of spontaneous instant healing and discovered that there are 2 main components.  1 - Emotional Health. 2 - Nutrition. Emotional health means practicing the fundamental concepts of emotional well-being these are forgiving others, including ourselves, compassion, love, understanding, positivity, optimism, true purpose and sharing. I hypothesize that practicing these basic fundamentals when the body is stressed, and if the body is in an ill state of health, may actually be able to rapidly heal the body, as long as the body has adequate nutrition.  This means no excessive junk foods etc. In summary, positive emotions generated during periods of high energy solar particles may have the power to transmute the organisms responsible for negative health conditions into positive organisms responsible for good health. The most powerful method that heals the most rapidly is sincere forgiveness, both for oneself and for others.  Sincerely forgiving someone causes an instant release of accumulated toxic energy, which in turn facilitates a more calmer, happier mind.  This makes sense, because excessive stress contributes to depression.  As Wim Hoff stated – issues in the tissues -

Stress exposure across the life span cumulatively increases depression risk and is moderated by neuroticism. Christiaan H Vinkers  et al. Sept 2014.

The prime emotional fundamentals, which rapidly restore balance back to the body are - forgiveness of others, including self-forgiveness, learning to let go, empathy, love, compassion and respect for nature. Forgiving others, including ourselves, allows us to let go, to trust again and enter the divine flow or what I like to call the universal prime directive. It reconnects us back to the source of who we truly are, which is loving, compassionate beings. Spontaneous healing, as documented by Dr. Kelly Turner shows that diet, intuition, the releasing of suppressed emotions, a purpose to live and a spiritual connection to something meaningful were all key. It is also interesting that 3 people who have been documented to live 120 years or more all state that their secret is compassion and a calm heart, as shown in this video by Greg Bradden.

Mindfulness
This is a great way to help reduce inflammation and pain in the body and it can be practiced anywhere. A research study concluded practicing intense mindfulness for one day by experienced mediators caused biological changes which included expression of certain genes that played key roles in inflammation and pain. The observed effects of mindfulness were similar to the effects of prescribed anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving medications. The researchers divided the participants into two groups. The first group consisted of 19 participants who had been practicing daily meditation for a minimum of 3 years. and performed 8 hours of intensive mindfulness practice during the one day of the study. Group 2 consisted of 21 participants with no meditation experience and spent 8 hours a day performing quiet leisure activities. Blood samples were taken before and after the sessions and analyzed for biological factors, including the expression of genes that regulate circadian rhythms, (proteins in cells that attach to DNA), histones and inflammation. Researchers also took samples of saliva to look at the hormone cortisol, which acts as an indicator of recovery time after the participants took a test putting them under acute stress.
The expert mediators in the study showed changes not seen in the second control group. These were a reduced expression levels of their genes that are associated with inflammation and histones with reduced levels of two genes associated with faster recovery from stress. The study concluded a mechanism exists that explains beneficial effects from practicing mindfulness meditation with to its ability to reduce inflammatory disorders

A study investigating the effect of meditation on the aging process showed that long-term mediators have a significantly younger biological age compared to short-term mediators and controls. The study involved people with an average age of 53 years of age (cross-sectional group (N = 84)  who practiced Transcendental Meditation.  These people showed a biological age of up to 12  years younger than the general population. Major factors in the study included diet and the length of time they practiced Transcendental Meditation.  The study concluded that Transcendental Meditation affects certain neural mechanisms which influence age correlated physiological variables. The study used 11 controls involving 33 short-term Transcendental Mediators and 40 long-term Transcendental Mediators.

ZONE 2 -
The Solar Healing Technique
The above image shows the cycles of solar activity and how it relates to 2 components.  The emotional and the physical.  This technique that incorporates these 2 components works best when there has been above average solar activity. This occurs most often the last 2 to 3 years leading up to solar maximum.  There are times when there are almost no sunspots and no geomagnetic storms, a time our bodies are not as stressed as much and during this time standard physical exercise and good nutrition will keep us healthy.  This takes place most often during solar minimum . But as solar maximum approaches we need to use methods to deal with the new solar stress so our bodies can adapt to the upcoming changes.  The most powerful method is to go straight to the subconscious mind, which takes place in Zone #2, the Physical Healing Zone. The technique that works best for this is known as Movement Feedback Holography.  How do we look into our invisible subconscious mind in order to find out if the actions it is performing are in alignment with better health and healing? That's easy, you simply look into a mirror.  How does looking into a mirror allow us to see our subconscious behavior?  The secret is motion, movement and physical activity. Remember as I stated at the very beginning of this article, this science is all about getting a healthy re-circulation of energy flowing again.
In the psychology literature this is known as Dance Therapy, which is used to heal past trauma.  Dance Therapy was invented by Mary Whitehouse, Marian Chace and Trudy Schoop during the middle of the 20th century. In 1966 the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA) was formed, which included training and certification programs. Dr. Karl R. Wolfe was one of the first people to use dance therapy as a way to increase wealth and income and was remarkably successful at helping greatly improve the performance of Olympic Athletes.  He called it movement feedback. Brent Michael Phillips, who learned it from Dr. Wolfe, has named it Movement Feedback Holography.  Brent Michael Phillips has an excellent free video showing how he did this with a large number of people and the name of the video is  -  VIP Club Movement Feedback Holography Session 2-15-16.  Once you watch the video just once, you will see how you can apply it also to your own private sessions.

I will be the first to hypotheize that Dance Movement Therapy or the Personal Empowerment Technique will lower or reduce C-reactive protein levels (CRP) levels.

From my personal experiences using this technique, I have found that when I took an advanced video editing course that I was able to complete the course in half the amount of time and the videos I produced had much richer content and were more engaging. I have also used it to heal  /  remove various ailments instantly.  Although I am vegetarian, which give me an advantage healthwise, this technique works well for people that are already healthy, yet may sometimes suffer from strange illnesses that are not diet related.
Think of the mind-sciences as consisting of 3 levels.  The first level is affirmations, which is bronze.  Next is clearing subconscious blocks, which is silver and the top level is Dance Therapy, which is the gold standard for rapid manifestation. For example Arnold Schwarzenegger would work with ballet professional Marianne Claire when he was training for the Mr. Universe Competition. Dance Therapy is also called DMT and has been found to be more effective than verbal therapy in treating eating disorders (1). This is because motion is more natural to life than non-motion; things that stay in motion are almost always inherently good in nature. Because you are either creating or disintegrating, whatever blocks the natural flow can have detrimental effects. As blocks of stagnant energy are released, it facilitates normal energy flow, resulting in neuropeptide information chains that become activated to create natural healing responses.
Studies have found that dance therapy reduces symptoms of depression and aggressive behavior (2) (3). Another study published in 2009 by Alzheimer's Care Today stated Dance Movement Therapy improved memory recall in people diagnosed with dementia (4). A review of literature by the American Journal of Dance Therapy concluded that Dance Movement Therapy may be a promising treatment for children who have autism and is also being considered as a treatment option for childhood obesity (5) (6). It is interesting to note that QI Gong and Tai Chi also have been proven to help treat dementia and relieve depression. Perhaps it is the moving to specific types of rhythm that is responsible for the healing effects.
Moving the human body is a result of In-FORMATION because the body is vibrating at billions of times per second. A healthy body consists of a flowing, interactive, electrodynamic energy field. When you do self-critique feedback, observation changes the vibration.  This creates newly formed of patterns of energy throughout the body.
Many people who are depressed are so because of subconscious habits.  However it is virtually impossible to be both depressed and running a marathon at the same time.

observation creates reality

Definition of Critique - Careful judgment in which someone or yourself gives an honest opinion about something.

In this chapter I am going to refer to the dance therapy method as the Personal Power Reclamation Technique because I have modified it to the point where anyone can use it in the comfort of their own home and not have to pay $500 a session Karl R. Wolfe was charging people. With my system you will learn to unlock processes that cause frozen emotional states.  These include identifying rigid response patterns and frozen postural patterns. These disorderly resistive patterns are responsible for limiting a person's full range of perceptual reception, complete expression of feelings and self esteem.
Because all healing begins on the Spiritual Planes, the Personal Power Reclamation Technique reconnects you with the spiritual and ephemeral worlds that utilize the concrete physical body to more fully express itself. The real healing power in this unique technique comes from being as brutally honest about yourself as you can.  If any of you have listened to Anthony Goggins, he says be as brutally honest with yourself as you can. David Goggins, has run eight 100 mile marathons and holds the world record for the most pull-ups in 17 hours at 4,030 pull ups.
So, now let's combine the two - being brutally honest with yourself and video recording yourself moving around.  The more honest you are the more profound the healing. The general overall technique involves the following steps -

1 - Write down on a sheet of paper what it is you wish you want to manifest. It could be improved health, relationships or more money.

2 - Next you place your Smartphone on a level surface, press the record button and move your body as if you were dancing, but focusing on what you wrote down on the paper.

3 - Begin moving with pure intention, than let go and surrender to the flow of your body's rhythm. Imagine the feeling of what you desire and allow those intentions to flow along with your body's natural movements.

4 - While you are moving your body about, don't think about what you are doing wrong, just remain focused on what you have written down on the paper.  Be sure your arms and joints, especially the wrists and knees, are as free flowing as possible.

5 - During the exercise, you will feel various times where the intensity of the movement will be stronger, wanting to express itself more.  When you feel this, let go and move into it. Allow your wrist and other main joints to naturally loosen themselves and flow freely.

6 - Towards the end, gradually slow down your movements, slow motion style, to a pace that feels comfortable to you; like you were practicing Tai Chi.

7 - After about 3 minutes of this, you stop the video.

8 - Next you rewind the video and as it is playing back, you critique yourself as honestly as possible.  The goal of critiquing yourself is to identify various actions and movements that relate to a much larger whole concerning your subconscious mind.

As you watch your body moving about during playback, the physical activity, your conscious mind will pick up subtle clues as to what is blocking you from fully manifesting what is written down on the paper (including healing). As you critique yourself, closely look at your body language, non-verbal behavior, and emotional expressions.
Being honest in observing your actions when critiquing yourself is akin to the quantum observer effect, because when you observe your movements and are honest in describing what you see, it brings them into your awareness, creating permanent change. You will also discover that after practicing this technique a few times, you will begin to be more honest with yourself in your day-to-day affairs.
Personally I use a journal and as I watch the video, I critique what I see in my movements as
honestly as possible. As you study and critique your movements while watching the video, see if you can identify any negative emotions shown in the Bio-Internal Frequency Chart.  Then use the Emotion Code, EFT, WHEE Technique, or the Humming Healing Method to remove the emotions.

emotion code chart 2023

If you don't want to move your entire body on camera, you can also shake your hands up and down, making your wrists as limp as possible as you do so or you can imagine your arms open wide, and drawing in vast amounts of energy related to your goal, scoping the energy into your chest region making you feel fullfilled and whole again. You can even record yourself with the goal to critique yourself at how well you are able to interpret your subconscious language so you can learn to boost your feedback critique accuracy.
Other people have used tightropes or rollerblades to critique themselves.  Go out in nature and look at yourself in a still pool of water and video tape yourself saying "I am enough" than critique yourself later on. This works wonders for enhancing self-esteem. You can also use a voice recorder when you critique yourself so you don't have to take your eyes off the video feedback. Do what you feel most comfortable with and what you think will make it easy for you to critique your movements as honestly as possible. You might want to wear white clothing where possible because it shows the movements better on video.

The healing works because the method allows for a stronger and clearer connection to your brain's pre-frontal cortex. However the real secret is in being honest during the observation of critiquing.  You don't have to do anything else. Just be yourself.  Honest critiquing allows negative subconscious beliefs to be brought to the surface, out into open awareness, where they dissolve automatically and permanently by themselves.

Once you have mastered the above technique, you may not even need your camera anymore, just an awareness of what to do.  You can even use your intuition to tune into a situation or particular event that you believe is giving you pain and suffering when you perform it, or the very start of a situation of when pain first began, than allow yourself to FEEL the pain and at the very same time perform The Personal Power Reclamation Technique, as you move freely and loosely, allowing your higher self to guide you, allowing your body to push out the negative thoughts, emotions and feelings associated with the pain. This generates rapid and powerful healing when done during Zone #2.

Summary
When we have the ability to look into our subconscious mind, combined with the courage to make a change, the combination is a powerful one that initiates lasting and permanent change.  Sure it may take a few sessions to completely  create change, but compared to the years or even decades it took to build up unwanted habits and beliefs, to be able to locate and release them in a matter of minutes is truly remarkable.  This could be why it has been used with such success. Of course not everybody experiences 100% healings every time, but it is the closest we have to a simple and effective healing technique anyone can practice in the comfort of their own home.

Technology Overview

Since 2008 I have been practicing what's known as the Emerald Tablets Exercise, and I first published my research into this exercise showing that sunspot activity is affecting human health, both positive and negative.  It was a few years after the publication of my book Solar Flares and their Effects upon Human Behavior and Health that the first peer reviewed studies linking solar activity and health were first published, confirming my hypothesis that solar weather can indeed affect the physiology of the human body.  Almost all of these studies are on the detrimental effects of sunspot activity and health and to this day cannot find any studies showing the benefits of how to use sunspots for healing and for recovery of illness.

So I am going to be the first, again, to show how you can use sunspot activity to not only remove stress and tension from your life, but to also help heal and make the body stronger. The bottom line is many illnesses, after they have been removed, have a lingering residual effect, which is almost 100% psychosomatic.  What is needed to remove the remaining residual of any illness, or in that matter to help accelerate the healing of an existing illness is to use the technique mentioned earlier known as the The Personal Power Reclamation Technique. The golden key to the success of this is to use the techniques at the right solar phase.  This is because a release of solar energy takes place that the body automatically recognizes and uses this energy to facilitate rapid, almost instant healing.

Lingering Effects from Above Average Extreme Solar Activity
The effects upon the human body after a geomagnetic storm can linger for days, and even up to a week afterwards and the effects are felt on the body up to 24 hours before the geomagnetic storm occurs. For example blood pressure will rise a day before a geomagnetic storm and up to two days thereafter.

Reference
Influence of local geomagnetic storms on arterial blood pressure. S. Simitrova et al. September 2004.

Above average solar wind speeds also create similar lingering effects in older women.  A study found that when solar wind speeds were in the 600 km/s range, older women experienced higher blood pressure and that the subsequent geomagnetic storm caused their blood pressure levels to remain elevated up to 2 days thereafter.

The Fundamentals of Solar Activity and Health
Our sun exhibits highs and lows of solar energy that occur in 11 year cycles.  During higher periods there are more sunspots, which usually result in more solar flares. This increased solar activity has an effect on planet earth creating what's known as Geomagnetic Storms or Geomagnetic Disturbances.

Some people are more resistant to the effects of extreme solar weather than others. People who are under extreme stress or suffering from specific medical conditions are most at risk.  This occurs because as solar activity suddenly increases, a shock wave from the huge ejection of particles from our sun propagates throughout our solar system. This shock wave contains within it specific frequencies that may cause some people to feel uneasy and uncomfortable.

The 3 Main Phases of Geomagnetic Disturbances
Geomagnetic storms consists of 3 main phases: the initial, the main and the recovery phases. The initial phase is when geomagnetic activity has been paused or quiet for sometime and than all of a sudden there is a sudden increase.  This is known as sudden commencement (ssc).  Geomagnetic storms that do not exhibit sudden commencement phases are known as storms of gradual commencement (sgc).

The Sun's Solar Wind
The solar wind speed has 2 main speeds.  When solar wind speeds rise above 600, it has been shown to negatively affect human physiology.  However there is also a sweet spot in the sun's solar wind speed, which occurs just as the solar wind speed is starting to slow down into the 350 range, especially after there has been above average solar activity. The most beneficial solar wind speeds are between 350 and 450 km/s.

The Vulnerable
Each one of us has specific weak points or vulnerabilities, especially children and unborn babies.  If we happen to be suffering from a disease or are under stress, the resulting energies contained in the shock wave, target these vulnerabilities.  As geomagnetic activity starts to move out of the sweet spot, vulnerable populations become more at risk for various types of injury.  Those most at risk are the elderly, people who have an existing disease, are under stress or are deemed solar weather sensitive.  For example, people over 70 years show a stronger tendency to suffer from conditions of Ischaemic Heart Disease when geomagnetic actiivty is at below average levels.

Reference
Stoupel et al. (1995b).

Because there is more mental duress during higher geomagnetic activity, and more oxidative stress occurring in the body during this time, it proves that it is partly in the mind and that the mind can reverse the stress through using simple techniques. The best measure is to be sure that the body is not undergoing chronic stress during times of above average or extra quiet geomagnetic activity. Creating a shield against excessive geomagnetic activity does not work because experiments have been done to shield rabbits and lab rats from earth's geomagnetic field, but it only resulted in a significantly higher mortality rate or impaired the neuronal development of newly born animals.

How Earth Protects Itself against Solar Flares
During a solar flare, electrically charged plasma is ejected from the sun sending out billions of tons of solar particles towards Earth at a speed in excess of more than 1 million miles an hour. When this happens a series of consecutive shock waves form, creating a series of sonic booms invisible to the naked eye.  As they enter earth's upper atmosphere, it causes earth's atmosphere to heat up to temperatures of 750 degrees Fahrenheit.  Next a chemical reaction takes place from the energy in the resulting shockwaves that forms the chemical nitric oxide, acting as a type of radiator coolant in earths earth's atmosphere helping to shrink it and cool it down. If it was not for earth producing the nitric oxide during solar events, earth's surface would be scorched as the ozone layer would be stripped away.

Social Status and Stress
A research study in Norway divided low and high income mothers into two separate sectors. 1 - Low Status and High Status (those who earned more money than the low status group). The researchers set out to determine if solar activity affected their fertility. The study found that the low-status group that was born during periods of solar maximum exhibited a reduction in fertility and that the mothers in the high-status did not. The researchers in the study concluded that female reproductively is affected by solar activity. The researchers stated this may be because the high status mothers had the resources necessary to cope with the stress during events of above average solar activity and that low status mothers are more likely to work outdoors and have a lower quality of diet, which reduces the ability of DNA in the body to be better protected against UV-induced sunlight.

People born during solar minimum, which is a time solar activity is more quiet than usual, have longer lifespans.

This is because when a baby is first born, if they happen to be born during a period of solar maximum, their genes are not strong enough to adapt to an environment that is saturated with the energies from the resulting shock waves expressed by above average solar weather.  Because the immune system has not had time to adapt, it shocks the system, putting them at risk of dying at a younger age then people born during solar minimum. Petrichuk et al. (1992) studied 35 premature and 35 healthy children over a period of 11 years. He discovered that geomagnetic activity played a role in a range of significant factors.  One of the major findings was a a gradual and slow growing increase in their lymphocytes. If the child's intrauterine development took place during higher solar activity it resulted in earlier development.  Lymphocytes may possibly be affected by high atmospheric pressure and geomagnetic activity.

The Sweet Spot of Geomagnetic Activity
Just as life in solar systems forms when a planet is at just the perfect distance from the sun, the same is when geomagnetic activity is at a certain level. When geomagnetic activity is not above average or very quiet, but in the very middle, those vulnerable to its negative effects are not affected.  This is the prime time window for healing and perfect health. The main overall sweet spot occurs after a particularly large geomagnetic storm has taken place and sunspots and the sun's solar wind is starting to enter lower speeds. Not only is the body stronger, but the weather is usually calmer within the first 1 to 3 days of this happening.

Just as there exists sweet spots in the solar wind, geomagnetic activity and sunspots there also exists a sweet spot of the light that occurs during the season of fall. We have all witnessed the long shadows during the fall / autumn months as summer winds down and the days are getting shorter.  This is the time of year the intensity of sunlight is reduced, where it is not too hot, nor too cold. It may be that this particular wavelength of sunlight is what allows people who are born during the fall / autumn months to enjoy a longer lifespan.

Excessive Sunspots cause more intense Air Pollution
One of the biggest factors in our environment that affect our body's health and well being is air pollution. People with chronic heart diseases and implantable cardioverter defibrillation are especially at risk.

If you plan a particularly physically strenuous outdoor activity, you may be able to jump ahead of your city's air pollution forecast and look at solar weather instead. This is because solar weather can be forecasted, days or sometimes even weeks in advance. Air pollution is intensified up to 24 hours before above average solar activity begins and shortly thereafter.

Reference
Solar and geomagnetic activity enhance the effects of air pollutants on atrial fibrillation. Carolina L Zilli Vieira et al. May 2022.

However during times of reduced solar activity the effects of air pollution on the body are not as extreme.

Reference
Solar and geomagnetic activity enhance the effects of air pollutants on atrial fibrillation. Carolina L Zilli Vieira et al. May 2022.

This effect takes place because as pollutants in the atmosphere absorb excessive solar radiation, toxic photochemical reactions take place, which in turn produce substances that can negatively impact health.

Reference
Estimation of Daily Ground-Received Global Solar Radiation Using Air Pollutant Data. Xinshuo Zhang et al.  April 2022.

This intensification of small molecular structures in earth's atmosphere that contributes to air pollution may also be responsible for the sweet spot of solar activity. This means that during the sweet spot, the nutrients or other molecular particles that are beneficial to human health may be more common and as we breathe these in, we experience better overall health. Another theory may be that because air pollution is reduced during the sweet spot that the air is naturally cleaner and it benefits human health and well being.

Diet and Solar Activity
It is my hypothesis that certain foods, when taken during above solar activity can negatively impact the health of solar sensitive persons.  I base this hypothesis upon the fact that the toxins in these foods increase. Just as air pollution turns more toxic during above solar activity, this effect also occurs when certain foods are cooked at high temperatures. Industrially processed foods that use high temperatures to prepare foods produce toxic compounds such as  acrylamide, furanes, nnitrosamines chloropropanols and PAHs. This can happen when the foods are roasted, grilled, baked, canned fermented or hydrolosizdd. Frying generates the most numer of toxic compounds in food (Roccato et al., 2015). Microwave foods can also release contaminants in food, especially when the foods is is microwaved in a wrapping film (packaging material) or container (Nerín et al., 2003). Microwavable materials include plastics, paperboard and related composites which may transfer themselves into the heated food (Ehlert et al., 2008).

The water you drink may also contain fluoride, disinfection by-products, radon, pesticides, arsenic, aluminum or lead. These have been scientifically proven to cause neurological diseases, cancer, cardiovascular diseases and adverse reproductive complications. Currie et al. (2013) discovered that  pregnant women consuming chemically contaminated water exhibited significant side effects such as gestation period and birth weight; especially if they were uneducated.

Heart Attacks and Pesticides
Could pesticides also be undergoing a similar affect as air pollution during higher solar activity? It is a well known scientific fact that during strong geomagnetic storms people are more susceptible heart attack, especially during spring and fall (northern hemisphere)

Solutions for Alleviating Solar Induced Inflammation

C-reactive protein levels (CRP)
When your body is under acute stress, usually prolonged stress and is low in specific nutrients, the liver makes up for the lack of nutrients by trying to fight the stress.  This causes your liver to experience chronic inflammation. However just before the onset of inflammation there is an increase in C-reactive protein levels in your blood.  Inflammation soon starts to fade once the inflammation starts to drop.

This makes sense because higher sunspot actiity has been linked to increased cases of glaucoma. In a research study titled: Association between acute glaucoma and the weather and sunspot activity, which was published in the 1977 British Journal of Ophthalmology, (pages 512 to 516) and conducted by Jeffrey Hillman and Jonathan D.C. Turner, the research study concluded that cases of glaucoma followed sunspot activity. Glaucoma cases were even more common when sunspot activity had been lower the preceding month. The study also mentioned that glaucoma attacks are commoner on days of earth magnetic calm Schorn (1947). Because air pollution is linked to higher glaucoma risk, and there is more air pollution during higher sunspot activity, this may explain the reason glaucoma cases follow sunspot activity.

Are stress responses to geomagnetic storms mediated by the cryptochrome compass system? (James Close. June 2012).

Stoupel et al. (1993) discovered intra-ocular pressure in relation to 4 levels of daily geomagnetic activity occurred lowest during stormy days and was  highest on quiet solar days, showing a melatonin related effect. Retinas of eyes are sensitive to geomagnetic activity. This was shown in a study conducted by James Close titled: Are stress responses to geomagnetic storms mediated by the cryptochrome compass system?, and published in March 2012. Olcese et al. (1985) discovered rats with intact retinas were sensitive to various magnetic fields. He suggested this retinal magneto-sensitivity serves to modulate the function of the brain's pineal gland, hence  affecting melatonin levels. Warman et al.(2003b) stated photoreceptors in the retina were responsible for this sensitivity. Without the presence of dim light, the eye cannot properly perceive moderate to weak magnetic fields.

C-Reactive Protein Levels are elelvated during above normal solar activity
Because the elderly are more susceptible to stress induced inflammation, it would make sense to study their inflammation during higher solar activity.  A research study examined the effects of above average solar activity on the elderly in Boston.  The research study involved 742 people between May 2000 and December 2017. The average age of the participants was 73 years. The study found that changes in sunspot and geomagnetic activity caused their T-cells, which regulate the immune system, to become more active, which help fight off disease and viruses. The study also found above average solar weather conditions affected their body's C-reactive protein levels (CRP). C-reactive protein is a protein produced by the body's liver and becomes more active when inflammation is present in the body. The study found a significant increase in CRP levels depending upon sunspot activity.  However CRP levels were not affected by increased geomagnetic activity, only sunspots. The study also found that these effects were similar to that of when the body encounters air pollution. What geomagnetic activity did affect however was their fibrinogen levels, which was not affected by sunspot activity.  Fibrinogen concentration in the body helps regulate blood clots (helps stop bleeding) and healthy levels mean that a person is less at risk for cardiovascular disease. Because the COVID-19 vaccine has been shown to reduce the body's ability to reduce blood clots, could this mean taking the COVID-19 vaccine during higher solar activity put one at risk of developing compilations? If this hypothesis is indeed correct than as we approach solar maximum, we may see more adverse reactions to the vaccine.

So, if one knows that solar activity affects CRP levels, and one knows when solar activity will occur, and can take preventitive measures to reduce their stress and CRP levels during these episodes, than one may be able to live longer.  The data already clearly shows that lower CRP levels increase lifespan.

CLIMATE CHANGE
It is my hypothesis that the particles generated by our sun that negatively impact health not only directly impact the body, but also the weather. I have noticed during the past 10 years that when negative solar activity is rising, sudden major changes in weather will take place.  These changes are erratic, sudden and of greater scope than mild changes.   This may be causing a synergistic effect.  There are numerous scientific research studies confirming the effect of weather upon not just the human body, but the immune system as well.  When sunspot activity has been quiet for some time than suddenly rises to above average levels, it can magnify weather extremes. This is why as solar activity begins to become more quiet in the coming decades, when sunspot levels suddenly increase all of a sudden, we are likely to see extreme changes in weather we have never witnessed before in our lifetimes.  If you suddenly experience abrupt weather changes, check the solar weather and you will most likely see solar flare activity taking place, along with a change in sunspot activity. This is also a time to be more cautious because sudden changes in weather have been linked to a higher incidence of falling injuries.

What does the future hold?

Effect of Sudden Weather Changes and Falling Injuries
A study involving 11 Korean provinces (4 rural provinces and 7 metropolitan cities) between the years of January 2014 and December 2018 involving half a million hospital patients (248,777 in rural areas and 418,135 in metropolitan areas) found that wind speed, precipitation and minimum temperature showed increased injuries from falling in the metropolitan areas. Also more days of sunshine played a major role for falling injuries for people living in the rural areas, especially when the moon was full. The severity of their injuries was associated with wind speed, cloud cover and the minimum temperature.  What was most interesting in this study was that age or gender did not matter.  Therefore if you are at risk or work in the emergency responder field, know that falling accidents are more likely to take place when wind speed is low, precipitation is low and high temperatures are present, especially when there is more outdoor activity in metropolitan areas. Additional factors to consider that during days of high temperatures, low precipitation, longer sunshine and low wind speeds in rural areas are also days that falling accidents are more common and that the severity of falling accidents significantly increases during cold and windy days.

Another study that anglicized 23,000 people in the northern Netherlands also came to the same conclusion that when the weather was better it caused in increase in trauma with people working in the agricultural sector being more at risk. So if you work outdoors in a rural area when the temperature is rising and is more sunshine and less precipitation be more aware, as injuries are more likely to occur.

When temperature rises or rain or snowfall are present ambulance dispatch calls increase, as shown in a western Pennsylvania study.
