In ancient texts that speak of anti-aging they discuss of combining brown rice with raw fruit or sunflower seeds. They also say that it is the proper foods combined together that creates the anti-aging effect. The real simplified key to all this is combining calcium with starch. When calcium  and starch are mixed together, they form cross links.  This cross linking effect is also what is key to creating the Zero Point Energy Battery, which runs for extremely long periods of time.

Raw fruits are high in Amino Acids.  When the right starches, which are usually plant or herb based starches (such as He Shou Wu or Sweet Potatoes), are combined with the amino acids or calcium, it creates positive chealation effects.  This means that it drastically increases the absorption of the calcium by the body. Research has shown that when starch is digested slowly, it enhances the growth rate of chickens. Before going further, I will show the connections between starches, amino acids and calcium which can all be easily visualized using the

Amino acids serve to increase the absorption of calcium by the body. These amino acids are Lysine and Glycine.  Other important amino acids that are associated with detoxification and liver regeneration are Arginne and Citrulline. Citrulline is produced in the liver and is than converted to Arginne. The best way to detail how this process works together is to list some
real-life examples.  Let's begin.


1: The Bristilecone Pine Trees, live well over 5,000 years of age. What is most important here is the soil that they grow in.  Their soil is made up of mostly Dolomite Soil.  Dolomite soil is made up of calcium magnesium carbonate CaMg(CO3)2. The substance in nature that most resembles this are eggshells, of which eggshell are one of the very best fertilizers.
 

Pine Trees are composed of starch, of which most of the starch is concentrated towards the bottom part of the tree near the roots. This is how paper is made, from the starch of trees.

Wood preservation varnishes are composed of calcium.  This is because the starch in the wood greatly absorbs the calcium easily, making it one of the best preservers for wood.


Starches are another key to maximizing calcium absorption. Pine nuts, which come from pine trees, contain significant amounts of the amino acid Lysine.  The amino acid Lysine, as mentioned earlier, greatly boosts the absorption of calcium.


2: Now let's closely examine the secret of the long lived Costa Rican Nicoyan Centurions.


The water that they consume is rich in calcium. 4: Let's take another example.  The diets of the Japanese Okinawans. The water they drink is high in Coral Calcium.  Coral Calcium is made up of Calcium Carbonate.


Their diet consists of a large amount of Sweet Potatoes, which are high in starch.  They also eat a lot of Tofu, which is high in calcium. Tofu also contains the amino acid Lysine, which as mentioned earlier, greatly boosts the absorption of calcium into the body.
