How to Find Changes in Your Local Weather Using the Sun's Solar Flux

In alchemy the most powerful time to make an effective tincture is during the first hour of sunrise that relates to the planetary hour of that herb or the planet that the herb is ruled by.

As an interesting observation from studying the sun's solar flux (sunspot activity) and the weather, the most profound weather changes occur during the first 6 hours of an increase in the sun's solar flux as I show in my article titled: How to Find Changes in Your Local Weather Using the Sun's Solar Flux. This would mean the best times to make an effective tincture with maximum potency and power would be during the first hour of sunrise related to that herb on a day that the sun's solar flux is more active.

Also the suns solar flux or sunspot activity is significantly more active from May through August, with more moderate periods from September to October of each year.

Does this mean the best time to consume a tincture or herb would be when the sun's solar flux is first decreasing (or during the last hour of daylight related to that herb).

I do know from experience that detoxing the body when the sun's energy is in decline is much more effective.
