Mastering the Theta Technique to Create Your Reality




This technique uses what is known as the "One Command" which was partly developed by Asara Lovejoy. I have added a few boosters to make it more powerful.  It puts the mind into a Theta State of being, which is the brainwave pattern that accesses creativity within us.  Interestingly the Theta Brainwave state is key to Associative Remote Viewing (remote viewing future events). The theta brainwave technique has been used by other master money manifestors. Speaking from Personal experience I remember one lady in Los Angeles CA that used a very similar Theta technique and would do public performances using crystals when the moon was in Taurus (meaning the exercise is best done during spring). She was able to effectively heal people with many money blocks using this technique. The theta technique is also used as a way to achieve "instant healing" with hundreds if not thousands of people benefiting from this technique.


When we go into Theta we come into resonance with our planet, causing a transfer of energy and information to take place, which becomes embedded in energy fields. After applying the Theta technique, the first emotion experienced is a feeling of a sense of profound peace. This same feeling is also felt by people who have prayed and is the same sign that their prayers are about to be answered. 


To get maximum results using the One Command Method it is highly advisable to clear any fearful or limiting beliefs you may have. This can be done by performing the EFT exercise, also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique. By going into theta, you have access to any answer allowing you to create from the source. This allows you to reach your full potential and know that anything is possible. One very interesting thing is if any of you have performed the Sirius CE-5 contact exercise it also uses a powerful Theta Mindset pattern. Dr. Greer performed exercises such as this which resulted in the Phoenix Mystery Lights over Arizona. When your mind enters Theta it makes communication with your subconscious mind much more effective. This is where many of our core beliefs come from.  


The levels of our Beliefs


1 - Core: Conception to present day· 
2 - Genetic: At least 7 generations prior to you.
3 - History: Past lives/History (the history leading up to who we are now)
4 - Soul: All that you are. 


The Theta Exercise will reset all these.   


Here is the exercise: 



Step 1: Grounding 


1: Visuzlize a sphere of white light in the center of your chest.  Visualize this sphere of white light move down the lower half of your body, down your knees, ankles and out your feet.  


2: Send this sphere of white light several hundred of feel into the earth where it becomes anchored with a rock.


3: Next visuzlize a silver cord connecting the rock to the base of your spine


4: Next visulize earth energy moving up this silver cord through your spine and flowing to every part of your body.  Down into your hands your feet etc. 

5: Next visualize the sphere of light at the anchored rock flowing backup the silver cord back into your chest area. 


6: Next visualize the earth energy flowing out of the top of your head deep into the cosmos.


7: Next visualize a 2nd stream of energy emanating from the cosmos in a flowing stream of cosmic energy.  Picture this energy flowing down from the cosmos, in through the top of your head and into your body and mixing with the earth energy in your body.


8: See it flowing throughout the body mixing with the earth energy in your body that you visualized earlier.


9: Next send this energy flowing down into the earth, through the silver cord you visualized earlier.


10: Next visualize these streams flowing in both directions, flowing out the top of your head and down into the earth at the same time, with this new energy balancing harmoniously in the center of your body.


After this exercise you can make fists with your hands and shake them about to release any energy that is not grounded. This exercise is very grounding to the body.


If you just performed this grounding exercise inside a stone circle, to add more power to this visualization, visualize a ring of white light connected to the stones that are surrounding you, while you see yourself at the center of the circle.  See this ring being a bright white circle of light.  Next see this energy from the circle assisting the energies just obtained from the grounding exercise and supporting these energies in a supportive and mutual manner. I have gotten powerful results when performed in a stone circle during condition red periods, however you don’t need a stone circle to do it, but it certainly amplifies the energies when done inside one.


This concludes the grounding exercise. 


Step 2: Develop Coherence.

The simplest way to do this is to perform a simple heart-math session.  


1 - Project your awareness to the center of your chest surrounding your heart.


2 - Next be aware of your breathing.  


3 - As you breath in and out, hold in your mind the thoughts and feelings of appreciation.


4 - Now as you breathe in and out allow this feeling of the emotion of appreciation to flow in and out through your heat.


5 - The longer you are focused on this flow, the more concentration and effort will be required to create the coherence.  Best results are obtained when you don't force the coherence, but only do the exercise until you feel the coherence has been achieved. 


You are now in coherence. 


Step 3. Enter Theta. 


1 - With eyes closed, roll eyeballs up so they are facing your eyebrows. You’ll feel your eyes undergoing a slow, steady flicker.  This is normal. This is your mind entering the slower theta brainwave state.


2 - Next visualize a golden channel of light containing your awareness within it radiating up and out of your body, flowing through the sky, through all the galaxies and flowing right to the very edge of the universe, where it becomes velvety black. As you penetrate the black veil, look for a speck of white light and see yourself approaching the white luminescence of Source. This source will look like a huge ball of glowing white, bluish light or similar light. 


3 - When you enter into this source, instead of moving upwards, instead move horizontally into the bluish/white  glowing light.  Proceed into it until you become fully encompassed into the light. Allow yourself to bask in this glow and experience it until you feel "full". Now you have entered Theta.  You are now in a place of infinite possibilities, where you have the power to create anything you wish.  Feel this state of consciousness fill the DNA in your body.


Step 4. Command. Think about what it is you wish to manifest.  Healing, Wealth or a Solution to a Problem. As you do so repeat the following phrase "I don't know how I am financially independent and maintain my lifestyle. I only know that I do now and I am fulfilled." Hold this single thought while in theta and command that it is so!


Step 5. Expand and Grow your Thought. When you make space for an idea larger then the original idea, you expand the idea which then becomes something bigger then you are. 


1 - Allow yourself to bring in an idea that is greater then you thought. This idea must be greater then your original thought. While still in theta allow your source mind to create even much more then you could ever imagine for yourself. Be it more harmony, more coherence, more beauty, more grace with ease, a larger capacity. Simply allow your imagination to exercise this as vividly as possible.


Step 6: Receive with gratitude. Next shift your consciousness back to the beam of light and imagine the particles of your consciousness of your intended manifestation floating down from the source into your body flooding the cells of your DNA reprogramming past beliefs and experiences. See it creating a new holographic image of this life flowing down into every particle of your emotions, your body and thinking. Accept it, feel it and give thanks. Detach and let go.


Step 7. Come again to your awareness.  Open your eyes and reestablish yourself in the present. 


If you still have doubts, or uncertainty, simply meet it in the moment and turn it into its opposite (such as a positive affirmation) by making another command.  


Ideas: 


Taking a combination of 12 drops of Banisteriopsis caapi extract and 6 drops of syrian rue extracts 8 hours before your Theta session helps clear the mind. 


Perform the Theta Exercise during times geomagnetic activity is quiet. 


Spray some lavender mist before going into Theta. 


Drink some lemon water before the exercise. 
 
So there you have it, an excellent exercise showing how you can utilize the power of Theta to create your reality.


Geomagnetic Storms and Theta Brainwaves 


In a May, June 2013 study titled: Geomagnetic storm decreases coherence of electric oscillations of human brain while working at the computer, conducted by O.B. Novik and F.A. Smirnov, the study found that persons performing tasks using a computer during a moderate geomagnetic storm and up to 24 thereafter showed a decrease in their theta rhythm oscillations by a factor of two or more, at times reaching zero. This study makes good sense because remote viewing (which uses theta brainwaves) works best when geomagnetic activity is at quieter levels (see my book: Wormhole Theories, Sunspot Activity and Remote Viewing Stocks). So performing the theta exercise during quiet geomagnetic periods is the best time to create healing or manifest wealth. 


In another study titled: Geomagnetic Storms and their Influence on the Human Brain Functional State published by S. Elchin and associates, the study concluded that during severe geomagnetic storms the volunteers tested showed a reduction of theta brain wave rhythms.


A 2014 study titled: Reduction of coherence of the human brain electric potentials, published by Oleg Novik and Fedor Smirnov the study concluded that alternations of brainwaves lasted up until about 48 hours after the geomagnetic storm. 


Moon Phase and Theta Rhythms


Is there a collective consciousness governing all life? If there is it may be similar to lunar and solar cycles. And if so, it would affect certain neurotransmitters of our brain processes. This means that we could do the Theta rhythm exercise at the right moon phase(s) and obtain significantly enhanced benefits.


Chemicals Produced in the brain according to Brainwaves matching Moon Phases and Brain Waves


1st week of the new moon —Acetylcholine (associated with new ideas, making friends, and being open minded)
Alpha Brainwaves = Acetylcholine,


2nd week of the new moon (4 days or less before the full moon) —Serotonin (all about getting things done, being industrious and reaching conclusions)
Theta and Delta Brainwaves = Serotonin


3rd week of the moon cycle—Dopamine (it makes you want to relax and enjoy being with people (not about work or getting things done)
Beta brainwaves = Dopamine.  It is interesting to note that as a person ages their dopamine levels decline apporimxately 10% per year after reaching adult (R. Peters. Ageing and the brain. February 2006). This would mean that the 3rd week of the moon would be the best time to use Theta for anti-aging. 


4th week of the moon (the last 5 days before the new moon) - Norepinephrine (makes you very analytical, organizing things and moving above the situation to figure out the structures which underline things)
Theta Brainwaves = GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) and Serotonin


We can also match the moon cycles to solar activity. The cycle of a solar flare consists of 4 parts. The start of solar activity, the peak, the decline and finally the quiet period. Because the 2 moon phases that produce more serotonin are when the moon is full and again towards the phase before new (disseminating), this would mean doing theta as solar activity is increasing and again as it is quieting down would be the best time. Techniques to Enhance/Boost Theta


1 - Listen to theta brainwaves binaural tones, which you can find on Youtube and download via CC.


2- Valerian boosts serotonin and gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels. Valerian also provides a calming effect on the nervous system because an over-stimulated nervous system can cause excess neuro-hormones in the brain. 


3 - An excellent research study titled: Topographical EEG maps of human responses to odors published in March 4, 1992, performed by W.R. Klemm and his team showed that scents that caused the greatest increase in theta rhythms were birch tar (birch tar emits tar, smoky, leather and wintergreen odors) jasmine, lemon and lavender. When comparing how quickly theta waves emerged in the brain, lemon showed an almost immediate increase in theta waves followed by Jasmine and Lavender.  Birch tar showed a delayed response that persisted even after the stimulus was turned removed. This could be due to the "sticky, resinous" nature of the substance.  


4 - Lavender has also been shown to relax the autonomic nervous system (W. Sayorwan et al., 2012) as well as induce both theta and alpha rhythms (Diego. et al, 1998), (Klemm et al., 1992). 

A study showed that the constellation Scorpio emitted frequencies in the theta range of between 4.5Hz and 7Hz (Lev Titarchuk et al., July 10, 2014.).  In my recent 2015 book: Wormhole Theories, Sunspot Activity and Remote Viewing Stocks I show that the time of 13:30 LST, (which is the period where remote viewing accuracy peaks) is the time that Scorpio is rising in the east. 


When professional remote viewer Ingo Swann's brainwaves were measured while he was doing a remote viewing session, he showed strong theta brainwaves (Persinger 2003). 



Are theta waves, which can be stimulated by drinking Green Tea, responsible for the healing effect?



A 2015 study showed that between 30 minutes and 1 hour after drinking green tea caused an increase in theta waves.

From early childhood into adulthood, a person's alpha brain wave increases and their theta brainwaves decrease.  As the person starts to get older, theta brainwaves start to dominate brainwaves again.

2: Learn to clearly Detach from your goal after visualizing it.  Have a feeling of strong expectation.


3: Have gratitude, thankfulness and appreciation.  No one is born with gratitude, it is one of the life lessons we all have to learn. This is why learning gratitude is a learning exercise and takes time to learn.
