How to use Zeolite

For those of you who are vegetarian, many of you may get lack of energy feelings every now and than, or even worse, hunger cravings for food. The best way to stop this from happening is to get more foods high in phytosterols into your diet. Traditional Chinese Medicine calls this Warming Foods which Warm Cold Signs. The best foods are: Cumin Seed, Walnuts, Sesame Seeds, Spirulina, Cottage Cheese, Brown Rice, Quinoa, Sunflower Seeds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Basil, Carob or Carob Powder, Parsley, Cabbage, Kale, Onion, Leeks, Chives, Garlic, Dates, Anchovy, Trout, Lentils, Scallions and Dill.

While protein is important to provide energy for the body, being vegetarian, and a raw foods person, I have found that plant based proteins such as Tofu, Cottage Cheese, Tempeh, Cottage Cheese and Spirulina lose their “punch” when warmer weather sets in, especially during the very start of the warming period of Spring and especially during summer. This seems to occur when the temperature reaches between 65 and 70 degrees.

This period always includes accompanying fatigue, especially when there is a full moon present.  What I have discovered from treating this fatigue over the years is to take 1 teaspoon of Edible Benodite Clay to approximately 16 ounces of Spring Water and shake well.  It helps when the water is slightly warm to boost the absorption into the body of the clay.  It  is key that plenty of water is taken with the clay so that it can properly absorb into the body.

I have also discovered that eating raw shiitake mushrooms (high in heme iron which vegetarians need more of) also eliminates this summer fatigue. Researching further the mushroom Reishi also helps remove this fatigue.

During this time of year, the full moon also contributes to this fatigue because during the full moon there are more positive ions in the air. We all know that a new moon has more negative ions and that clay creates a negative charge in the body Calcium Bentonite Clay has a very strong negative ionic charge.  When it comes in contact with any substance that has a positive ionic charge (such as metals, toxins, bacteria, etc.) it attracts it like a magnet, and the two become bound together, which is than naturally removed by the body.

So perhaps during warmer weather our body is subject to more toxins, which gather in the body and the clay helps pull these toxins out of the body, especially due to airborne particles, which circulate more during warmer temperatures. Both Bentonite Clay and Shiitake have an alkaline effect on the body.

Another interesting feature is both Bentonite Clay and Shiitake Mushroom remove intestinal parasites, which have been shown to cause cancer as Dr. Budwig has proven after decades of research:

Perhaps just after spring and into summer is the incubating season for cancer at the very beginning stages.  Just as skin cancer rates skyrocket due to being out in the sun all days especially during summer. Shiitake mushrooms have also been shown to be extremely high in Polysaccharides, which are a form of glucose the body uses for fuel and energy.

So these 2 simple things are the best way to have increased energy during higher temperatures.
